Ingredients for the Colorful Summer Salad

  • 200 g zucchini
  • 200 g carrots
  • 150 g radishes
  • 1 apple
  • 30 g olive oil
  • 30 g apple cider vinegar
  • 30 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 bunch of mixed herbs

Preparation of the Colorful Summer Salad

Step 1
Wash the vegetables thoroughly and cut them into very fine cubes. Also wash the fresh herbs of your choice and chop them very finely.

Step 2
Put the vegetables in a salad bowl and add 30 g of olive oil, 30 g of apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp of sea salt and the mixed herbs. Mix the salad well and add the sunflower seeds at the with a salad spinner.

The salad will keep for several days in the refrigerator. You can also use other vegetables such as kohlrabi.
