- 300 g mixed berries (frozen or fresh)
- 200 ml water
- 50 g rice syrup
- 2 tablespoons kuzu
Preparation of the Berry Jam without Sugar
Step 1
Put 300 g of mixed berries with 200 ml of water and 50 g of rice syrup in a pot and bring everything to a boil.
Step 2
Mix 2 tablespoons of Kuzu with some cold water and stir it into the berries. Simmer for about 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Pour into clean jars and store in the refrigerator.
