SHIPPING COSTS

Standard delivery

Our logistics dispatch the orders from Monday – Friday. The delivery time is usually 2 to 4 working days. The shipment is made from the warehouses of our logistics partners in Germany.

We usually ship within Germany with DHL and outside Germany with UPS or DHL. After your shipment is packed and ready for shipment, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. So you can track where your shipment is at any time.

DE (flat rate): EUR 7.00 for books / EUR 8.00 for dietary supplements

AT (up to 10 kg): EUR 17,00
AT (up to 20 kg): EUR 25,00
AT (up to 31,5 kg): EUR 35,00

CH (up to 3 kg): EUR 15,00

USA / Canada (up to 10 kg): EUR 75.00

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties or import sales taxes may apply. Due to the commercial invoice attached to the outside, no additional fees will be charged.

SECURE SHIPPING WITH DHL OR UPS AND SHIPMENT TRACKING

Our logistics will pack your orders so that they arrive safely.

If you order between Monday and Friday, your order will usually go out the same or the next business day. DHL as well as UPS usually deliver the packages within 1 to 2 business days. If there are any delays, you can track your order with the tracking number sent to you by DHL and UPS.
