Ingredients for the Healthy Crunchy Muesli with Wild Berries

  • 200 g oats
  • 50 g chopped almonds
  • 50 g chopped cashews
  • 30 g shredded coconut
  • 20 g sesame seeds
  • 25 g pumpkin seeds
  • 25 g sunflower seeds
  • 75 g rice malt
  • 100 coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • And 1 pinch of Himalayan salt

Preparation of the Healthy Crunchy Muesli with Wild Berries

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees convection. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2
Mix the rolled oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seed, almonds, cashews, sesame seeds, shredded coconut, cinnamon and a pinch of sea salt in a bowl until well combined.

Step 3
Melt the coconut oil with the rice malt in a saucepan over low heat.

Step 4
Add the warmed liquid to the dry oatmeal mixture and mix well.

Step 5
Spread the wet mixture on a baking tray and press down a little. Then bake the crunchy muesli in the oven at 160 degrees convection for 30 minutes. Please make sure that the mixture does not get too dark.

Step 6
Allow the crunchy granola to cool completely and break into small pieces. Finally, mix in the dried berries.

Tip:
You can also mix raisins or other dried fruit into the crunchy muesli instead of dried berries. The crunchy muesli can also make a very nice little gift. Just fill it into small jars and label it with pretty labels. Muesli is especially good for keeping on hand in the kitchen.
