Healthy recipes: brownies without sugar and without flour

These healthy brownies without sugar and without flour are quick to make, very chocolaty and also very healthy. As a healthy dessert, these vegan brownies are guaranteed to be a hit at any party! The special thing about them is that we don’t use flour, but kidney beans. They are healthy, gluten-free and ensure that the brownies are nice and moist.

Did you know that kidney beans are good for your nerves? The high magnesium content helps relieve stress and can alleviate lack of concentration. They also protect the body’s cells and can bind free radicals responsible for premature aging.

For sweetening, we use rice syrup and applesauce for the healthy brownies. To make sure that they are not only beautifully moist and soft, but also have a crunchy touch, we added walnuts. You can also replace them with other nuts of your choice.
